CRIMSON CLASS A TEAM LOSES TO CAMBRIDGE RACQUET CLUB

Second Team Defeats University Club to Insure Lead

Over the weekend, the Class A University Squash team lost to the Cambridge Squash Racquets Club; and the Class B team defeated the Class B team of the University Club.

The defeat of the first team in its match at the University Squash Courts on Saturday, reduces the University to a tie for third place in the race for the Metropolitan League Championship.

W. J. Iselin '29, took three out of four games from T. E. Jansen, playing number one for the Cambridge Club.

The University B team won by a score of 3 to 2 at the University Club courts. This secures the position of the second team at the head of the list in class B of the Metropolitan Squash League tournament. They now have a lead of three games over their nearest competitor.

CLASS B

Harvard University defeated University Club, 3-2.

S. B. Myers '29, defeated Marshall (U. C.) by default; Sonnaband (U. C.) defeated A. C. Ingraham '31, 15-9, 15-7, 15-9; N. F. Glidden '31, defeated Marshall (U. C.), 8-15, 14-17, 15-11, 17-15, 15-9; E. M. Shelton '30, defeated Hoag (U. C.). 15-5, 15-11, 15-5: Cobb (U. C.) defeated B. A. Richardson '29, 15-9, 15-11, 14-13, 18-14.
