The world's largest, and most complete prehistoric flying reptile of its size has just been assembled at the Agassiz Museum. The four month's work of mounting the specimen was completed two weeks ago by George Nelson, who does all the mounting for the University Museum.

The reptile, known as a Ptesandon, was of that species which frequented Kansas about 60,000,000 years ago. It was brought to the museum in 1883, where it was put away in the attic still embedded in the rock, and its presence forgotten. In an extensive cleaning-up last summer the specimen was found again and proved to be of rare size and completeness.
