SENIOR ALBUM TO MAKE APPEARANCE TUESDAY

DISTRIBUTION OF BOOK TO BE MADE AT NOTMAN'S

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Announcement that the 1928 Class Album will be published and on sale next Tuesday was made last night by T. H. Eliot '28, chairman of the Senior Album Committee. The permanent record of the class of 1928 will be delivered to Notman's Studio, 1286 Massachusetts Avenue, where subscribers may obtain their copies and officers who wish the book may buy it. The price will be $10 per copy.

The 1928 Album will be the largest in history. It will contain pictures of 902 past and present members of the class, while the part of the book containing photographs of faculty members and officers of the University has been considerably expanded.

Many new photographs of Harvard buildings, bringing the view section up to date, will provide the most outstanding feature of the volume. Most of these photographs were taken by F. P. Jones '28 during the past winter. Yard dormitories which until this year have looked in each Album as they were 20 years ago will appear in their modern white paint timings, and several new full-page photographs will add to the artistic value of the book.

The 1928 Album is being printed by the Andover Press, which has brought out many albums in the past and which recently achieved a signal typographical success with the 1931 Freshman Red Book. Engravings for the Album were done by the Wright Engraving Company, and the individual and group photographs were taken by Notman's Studio. The Senior Album Committee, in charge of the publication of the book, is composed of T. H. Eliot '28, C. R. Pforzheimer '28. A. M. Blackburn '28, R. T. Dunn '28, and H. W. Bragdon '28.

The work was divided among the committee, Dunn taking charge of the group and scenic photographs. Blackburn of the individual photographs, and Bragdon of the literary side of the volume Pforzheimer was business manager but as he is now in Red Top will be unable to take charge of the sale and distribution. Eliot, in addition to having general supervision of the book, was responsible for the life histories of the Seniors.
