Both the Freshman and Second University baseball teams were victorious in their contests Saturday.
The 1931 team played errorless ball in support of airtight pitching by E. B. Samborski '31, overwhelming Exeter by a 12 to 1 count.
The features of the game were the batting of E. H. McGrath '31, who knocked his third home run in two games, and of S. L. Batchelder '31 who collected four hits in as many trips to the plate.
The second baseball nine easily defeated Groton by a 15 to 4 score on the schoolboy diamond. Loose playing and heavy hitting featured the game, with John Tudor '29 leading the Crimson attack with three hits, one of them a home run.
