BECK HALL AGAIN AVAILABLE FOR UNDERGRADUATE ROOMS

Prominent Alumni May Purchase Old Dormitory for Harvard

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Beck Hall, which has been threatened with destruction several times during the past few years, will again be available for students' rooms next year, according to present plans of the Beck Hall Trust, under the trusteeship of G. P. Davis '14.

Several eminent graduates of the University, who resided in the hall during their undergraduate days, have expressed their willingness to donate a sum of money toward a quota which will enable them to purchase this famous old dormitory with the intention of giving it to the University. This was the original plan of the late C. C. Stillman '98, who bought it to save for Harvard.

Pending further action on the part of these graduates, the dormitory will be reserved for students.
