WADSWORTH HOUSE MEETING OPENS SPRING POLO SEASONS

First Gathering of Mallet Men Attracts 40 Aspirants

About 40 candidates were present at the first meeting of outdoor polo held in Wadsworth House yesterday afternoon Major J. R. Wogan, the University coach, talked about his plans for this spring. The first University team will start practice within a week at the field of R. G. Shaw '93 in Newton. Two games, both of which are with Yale, are scheduled for May 12 and June 2.

The Freshman team, coached by Major W.W. Spence, will engage in a single encounter with Yale on Commencement day.

Both the Freshman and University teams will compete for the Copley Plaza trophy in a series of matches to be played in the latter part of May.
