DEMOCRATS HEAR MAYOR QUINN AT UNION TONIGHT

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

As preparation for the mock convention to be held by the Democratic Club in May, Mayor Edward J. Quinn of Cambridge will speak at the Union tonight at 7.15 o'clock. His subject will be "Democratic Organization", and as a National Democratic Committeeman for Massachusetts, he will explain the preliminary organization of the party before such a convention. The mock convention will be similar to that held four years ago by the same organization. Delegates from all states will meet in the New Lecture Hall under the regular convention rules to nominate a candidate for President.

All men who wish to participate in the convention as a delegate from their respective states are urged to get in touch with G. W. Smith '20, manager of the club. The club will hold a dinner before the meeting tonight, at 6 o'clock. Plans will be discussed for the preliminary work of the convention. Men who are interested may attend by notifying Smith at 26 Westmorly Court.
