The University tennis team will trek southward with the baseball team during the spring vacation, according to the season's schedule announced yesterday by the Harvard Athletic Association.
On April 9 and 10, the Harvard racquetmen will play in the North and South tournament at Pinehurst, N. G. The Norfolk Country Club, the Chevy Chase Country Club, and the Navy will furnish the opposition for the remainder of the trip. The first home match will be played against Cornell on May 5.
Coach H. L. Cowles is optimistic over the season's prospects. Captain B.H. Whitbeck '29 and other Juniors will be reenforced by a squad of promising Sophomores. The list of first team men does not include a Senior, which means that the team will not suffer by graduation.

Southern trip, April 9-14.
April 9 and 10--North and South tournament at Pinehurst, N.C.
April 11 and 12--Norfolk Country Club at Norfolk.
April 13--Chevy Chase Country Club at Washington.
April 14--Annapolis.
May 5--Cornell.
May 9--Lehigh.
May 12--M. I. T.
May 19--Pennsylvania, at Pennsylvania.
May 22--Williams.
May 26--Yale.
