At 8 o'clock tonight the University polo trio will face the Cavalry Freebooters in the Commonwealth Armory.
So far, in the tournament of the Boston Indoor Polo League, neither the Freshmen nor, the University players have been defeated, in spite of the six and ten goal handicaps respectively, which they carry. The University mallet-wielders, with the weight of a ten-goal impost on their shoulders, have previously defeated the 110th Cavalry riders and the 101st Field Artillery players. Their foes tonight are very capable individual players, but there is a decided lack of experience in their playing together as a unit.
It is probable that Major J. R. Wogan, University polo mentor, will use J. P. Mandel '29, who has been out of the game for several weeks on account of illness, in place of R. B. Burnett ocC, during the second half.
