Dean Roscoe Pound Hon. '20, of the Law School, will speak at the second Smith Halls smoker in the Smith Halls Common Room tonight at 7.15 o'clock, according to C. D. G. Breckeuridge '31, chairman of the dormitory committee.
On a brief program of about an hour's length will appear, in addition, various piano selections, songs, and a class prestidigitator. Coffee and doughnuts will be served with the usual cigarettes and tobacco.
