William Jay Iselin '29 of Katonah, New York, was elected captain of the University squash racquets team for the 1928-29 season yesterday afternoon. The election took place in Notman's studio immediately after the taking of the team picture at which all the first team letter men were present.
Iselin prepared for college at St. Mark's School. He was a member of the Freshman squash team during his first year and has been a member of the University squash team during the past two years as well as a member of the tennis squad.
After having been kept from participating in the team's contests during the major part of the season by scholastic difficulties he overcame them in time to play in the Yale match and win his letter.
