Bechtel Prize Offered

The Bechtel Prize, given by E. DeT. Bechtel '03, will be offered this year for the best thesis on some subject connected with the philosophy of William James. The amount of the prize is $150.

The competition is open only to students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. The subjects of the theses must be approved by the chairman of the Division of Philosophy, Professor R. B. Perry. Theses must be handed in at 9 University Hall on or before May 1. The right is reserved to withhold the prize in case no thesis of sufficient merit is submitted.
