President Lowell will assume a role once familiar to him when he lectures on the "Present Constitution of the British Government" in Government 2b in. Harvard 6 at 2 o'clock this afternoon. In this lecture, one of a series in this course given by authorities in various fields of government, President Lowell will discuss the more recent developments in the transition of the British Empire to a Commonwealth of Nations.
