SWORDSMEN TO OPEN SEASON AGAINST WEST POINT TODAY

The fencing team will open its season at 3 o'clock at West Point against the strong Academy team. The five swords men who will represent Harvard left last night for New York under the supervision of Manager M. R. Berliner '28.

As this is the first intercollegiate meet little is known about the University team. In the past few years the Army fencers have had one of the strongest aggregations in the East.

The Harvard team will line up as follows:

Foils: M. R. Berliner '28, C. B. Hellist or '29, D. I. Modell '30 Substitute M. U. Copland '29.

Sabre: M. R. Berliner '28 and G. R. Church '29

Epee: C. R. Hollister '29, D. I. Modell '30 Substitute M. R. Berliner '28.
