NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Feeling that more stress should be placed upon the training of cexswains, the crew coaches and management have decided to institute a school devoted to that purpose. Heretofore coxswains have received their coaching along with oresmen, and it is thought that they would benefit by more careful attention and advice.

F. R. Sullivan '27, coxswain of the University eight for the past two years assisted by C. H. Pforzheimer '28 coxswain of the 1927 Jayvees will be in charge of the new school. The plan is to have the candidates work in the tank with the regular crow men.

It is expected that inexperienced men will benefit by a thorough drilling in fundamentals as well as in the finer points and that those who have had experience will become more polished and adept.

A meeting for all candidates who are interested will be held at 2.30 o'clock Monday in the Newell Boat House. Freshmen as well as upper classmen are invited to attend .
