Debating Council Elects Officers
At a meeting of the Harvard Debating Council held yesterday afternoon Nor man Winer '29 was elected vice president of the Council to take the place recently vacated by V. K. Kwong '29.
At the same time J. M. Swigert '30, president of the Harvard Debating Council, was elected vice president of the Eastern Intercollegiate Debating League, also recently held by Kwong.
