At a meeting held on Tuesday the Intramural Council elected A. G. Whitney '29, delegate of the Trident Club, president and A. M. Vinton '30, delegate of the Phike Club, secretary for the coming year. Twelve clubs of the University were represented at the meeting although there are seventeen in all participating in Intramural athletics.
Indoor baseball, the most recent addition to the repertoire of intramural sports, has attracted teams from eight fraternities. These eight teams have been divided into two leagues. The standing of the teams as given out by A. W. Samborski, in charge of intramural activities, follows; It was announced by Samborski that basketball, squash and handball will be started after the Christmas recess. It is also intended to hold Intramural swimming meets beginning sometime in March.
