Number of Positions Unfilled for Lack of Applicants

There are a number of openings for students at the Employment Office which are not being filled because of lack of applicants, according to an announcement made by W. W. Daly '14, secretary for student employment.

There are several positions for student waiters vacant in the Freshman Halls and in the Business School. A number of ushers over five feet eight inches tall are also still needed at the Madison square Garden.

Chistmas cards are one of the wares which students may sell on a straight commission basis. Also three or four men are needed to sell advertising for a program. Three permanent jobs as caretakers for grounds are available which require part of one or two days a week. In addition there are a number of temporary odd-jobs. Applications should be made at University L.
