Ivison Macadam of England is to Speak as C. I. E. Agent

Ivison S. Macadam, first president and one of the organizers of the National Union of Students of England, will speak tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock in the Phillips Brooks House on "Politics of the European Student."

Mr. Macadam is now honorary vice president and director of commissions of the Confederations Internationale des Etudiants, of which he was one of the founders. He is also chairman of the Travel Commission, which annually sends from 2000 to 3000 students to various countries of the world as guests of these countries.
