Plans have been definitely formulated for the Glee Club's fall season. The high spots are the concert in conjunction with the Yale Glee Club in New Haven the night before the football game, and the appearances in Symphony Hall.
On November 14 the Glee Club, accompanied by the Boston Symphony Orchestra will sing Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, and on December 6 the Club will again appear in Symphony Hall in a presentation of five "Mystical Songs" by R. Vaughn Williams, famous English composer.
The first rehearsal will take place at 7 o'clock in Sever 11 tonight. All new men who have been accepted, all former members of the Glee Club, and all who have not had voice trials as yet are requested to be there. First tenors are needed especially.
A competition for Librarian opens to all members of the three upper classes, and a competition for Assistant Librarian open only to Freshmen will start tonight at Sever 11.
