The first reception for all foreign students studying in the University will be held next Monday evening, in the Living Room of the Phillips Brooks House at 7 30 o'clock, it was announced yesterday at the Phillips Brooks House offices. Professor R. C. Cabot '89. head of the Department of Social Ethics, will be the principal speaker of the evening. James B. Watson, head of the Cosmopolitan Club of Boston, will also address the group.
All students from other countries studying in any department of the University are cordially invited to attend. Plans for the coming year will be briefly outlined, in preparation for the first meeting of the International Council, which will take place probably the first week in November.
