Lack of space prevents the publication today in the columns of the CRIMSON of the full text of President Lowell's annual report to the Board of Overseers. In the adjoining column will be found extracts from the portions of the report dealing with the major questions which it discusses.
Beginning tomorrow, the CRIMSON will print the full text of the report in sections, dealing consecutively with the points treated by President in sections, dealing consecutively with the points treated by President Lowell. Included in the document are columns of figures supporting the observations on the increase of the number of distinction candidates, and figures giving the exact amount of monetary gifts received by the University during the past year.
One entire section of the report dealing with the survey made recently by President Marsh of Boston University concerning application for college entrance, is omitted from today's account.
