SIX HARVARD MEN ADVANCE IN STATE SQUASH TOURNEY

Six out of nine Harvard men won their matches yesterday in the first round of the State Amateur Squash Championship tournament, it was learned late last night.

The list of the men and the results of their matches is as follows: J. L. Pool '28 defeated B. H. Whitbeck '29, 3-0; O. Phipps '31 defeated A. M. Smith, 3-2; S. M. Dupertius '28 defeated P. D. Sheeline, of the Boston Athletic Association, 3-0; Seabury Oliver '28 defeated A. N. Sonnabend of the University Club, 3-1; A. C. Ingraham '31 and G. T. Francis '30 won by default.
