Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Approximately 50 players from Boston, Cambridge, and the University will be present at a dinner given by the Harvard Polo Association tonight at 7.30 o'clock in the Harvard Club of Boston, it was announced to the CRIMSON last night by J. D. Clark '03, president of the Association. The dinner is being given for the purpose of discussing plans for the future of polo at the University as well as the prospects for the immediate season, to explain what the Association has already accomplished, and to try to stimulate wider interest in polo.
Included in the list of those attending the dinner will be members of the University and Freshman teams, and numerous Harvard men who played polo as undergraduates. Another player who is expected to be present at the dinner is Governor W. C. Forbes '92, an ardent supporter of polo, who has assisted the University polo teams in securing a place for practice. G. S. Mandell '89 and Devereux Milburn, who are prominent in international polo, are to be present.
Colonel W. S. Brown of the United States Army will be one of the speakers at the dinner. It is understood that the Association, realizing the growing importance of government support in college polo, will ask him to point out value of the game as an undergraduate sport when played under the auspices of the R. O. T. C.
The Harvard Polo Association is an organization formed to promote, assist and oversee the game of polo among the undergraduates of the University. The officers of the Association are J. D. Clark '03, President, Devereux Milburn, Vice-President, D. P. Rogers '96, Vice-President, and P. L. Saltonstall '22, Secretary-Treasurer.
