Grady Heads Naval Science

Commander R. C. Grady, U. S. N., has been detailed by the Government to take charge of the Department of Naval Science and Tactics, established at the University a year ago.

The purpose of the Department is to train men for comissions in the Naval Reserve. Commander Grady will assume his duties at once.
