Cross-Country Season Opens

Coach Jakko Mikkola shepherded his flock of candidates for the University and Freshman cross country teams out into the road for their first workout yesterday. Men may report for both squads during the wek and a group of 100 is expected to be on hand soon.

Candidates for Freshman Manager of cross-country will report at the H. A. A. at 8.50 o'clock this morning, or at the Soldiers Field Locker Building at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
