Donations for the Harvard War Memorial Chapel up to June 13 have reached the sum of $622,502.92. This amount was made up from 1,496 subscriptions from members of the various classes, going back as early as 1860 from a member of which class a subscription of $200 has been received.
The class of 1902 so far leads all others with 43 subscribers while 1914 and 1920 are next in line with 40 subscriptions each to their credit.
In the total amount given, however, the 1889 is far in the van with $117,523 being contributed by 28 subscribers. Next to it is the class of 1892 from which 28 subscribers gave in all $77,672 and third is the class of 1874 from which 350,710 was given by ten members.
