Harvard Still On Track To Reach Fossil Fuel-Neutral Status by 2026, Sustainability Report Finds
During last week the Harvard Fund received a total contribution of $5,664.40 from 190 men, making the total for the year $130,085.90 from 4,269 subscribers. Contributions to the Fund on Monday brought the total number of men who have made donations to the Fund over 4,300, but more than 600 contributors are still needed to reach the goal of 5,000 by Commencement which is the aim of the Fund Committee.
So far the class 1927 stands highest in the number of contributors, 248 men from this class having made donations to the Fund. It is followed by the class of 1908 with 159, and the class 1904 with 129 contributors. In the order of percentage of givers the class of 1885 stands first with 43.3 percent the class of 1874 second with 45.6 percent, and the class of 1877 third with 40 percent.
