COLBY GAME IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF MOORE DEATH

Due to the funeral of Major Fred Wadsworth Moore '93, late Graduate Treasurer of the Harvard Athletic Association who died Monday, the baseball game scheduled for the University nine against Colby on Soldiers Field today has been cancelled. No attempt will be made to play off the game this season.

The members of the baseball team wore black armbands at the Brown game at Providence on Monday in mourning for Major Moore.

Soldiers Field will be closed from I until 3 o'clock today, it was announced.
