Final arrangements for the funeral of Fred Wadsworth Moore '93, Graduate Treasurer of the Harvard Athletic Association, who died suddenly Monday morning at 1 o'clock at his home in Cambridge, were announced last night. Dr. A. E. Stearns of Andover will officiate at the funeral, which will be held in Appleton Chapel at 2 o'clock this afternoon, and Dr. A. T. Davison '06 of the University will be the organist.
No services will be held at Major Moore's home, and immediately after the services at Appleton Chapel there will be a private cremation attended only by the immediate members of his family.
Among the men who will act as honorary pall bearers are Jeremiah Smith '92 of the Corporation, T. W. Slocum '90 of the Board of overseers, Dean C. N. Greenough '98, W. J. Bingham '16 of the Athletic Committee, H. F. Woodcock of Yale, G. R. Murray of Princeton, F. W. Marvel of Brown, E. K. Hall of the Football Rules Committee and Dean L. B. R. Briggs '75. Other honorary pall bearers will be Gilman Collamore '93, W. A. Harvey, Dr. R. L. Lee '02, Judge F. J. Macleod, Henry Pennypacker '88, Philip Stockton '96 and H. H. White '93.
The men who will act as active ball bearers are T. J. Campbell '12, H. W. Clark, Sidney Curtis '05, R. T. Fisher '98, C. F. Getchell and Mathew Luce '91, L. F. Daley '27 will be head usher and will be assisted by the captains and managers of five major sports teams:
J. R. Burke '27, C. D. Coady '27, W. P. Ellison '27, S. E. Gleason '27, E. C. Haggerty '27, R. A. Magowan '27, Geoffrey Platt '27, Howard Slade '27, C. H. Weymer '27 and Isadore Zarakoy '27.
