By adding the University of Maine to their grewing list of victims the Harvard ballplayers will seek this afternoon to bring their season's record of victories to a total of 15 out of 18 starts.
Judging by comparative records, the Crimson nine should prove perfectly capable of subduing the Maine aggregation, though the Down East team is rated as one of the strongest in the Pine Tree state. The invading combination was beaten by Brown, 2 to 0, while the Crimson team was able to gather in a Bruin sealp with little difficulty.
The visiting squad has been greatly hampered in its development by poor weather and has been forced to cancel four of its scheduled contests.
F. B. Cutts '28 is the likely choice to do mound duty against the visitors, while the Crimson batsmen will have to face Crozier of the Maine team.
