The "Yale Scientific Magazine" is the name of Yale's latest publication. The magazine has been established with the approval of the Yale Corporation and the faculty of Sheffield Scientific School, it was announced yesterday. The new magazine, to be issued quarterly, will be published by undergraduate editors assisted by a faculty adviser. The magazine will be supervised by an advisory board composed of leading men in the various fields of science.

The new journal will not be officially connected with the scientific school, it was announced, but will receive the co-operation and support of the dean and the faculty.

The aim of the magazine is announced as "the promotion of science in general by presenting scientific knowledge in a form understandable to the layman."
