FRESHMAN BUSINESS MEN TO HAVE CHANCE ON THURSDAY

A business competition exclusively for Freshmen will be conducted by the CRIMSON for eight weeks starting Thursday, April 28. Although previous competitions have been open to Freshmen this is the first one which they will not have to con pete with upper classmen.

Candidates will meet in the CRIMSON building at 7:30 Thursday night and will have the nature of the work which they will be expected to do outlined for them by one of the members of the board.

Under the new system of organization four 1930 business editors will be chosen to act as assistant business Managers in their Junior year, and of these, two will be chosen, one to be business manager and the other advertising manager in their senior years.

This position of advertising manager is a new addition this year and it will offer an-opportunity for new enterprise.

Necessarily this competition will extend over into next fall and although it will run until the end of the year, the work will be so arranged as not interfere with-the final examinations.
