RIOT TRIAL POSTPONED FOR TEN DAYS BY CARBARN CASE

The appeal cases of the 10 students convicted in the 'riot' trial last month have again been postponed. They will certainly not come before the court until late next week, and probably not until the week later, according to a statement made by District Attorney R. T. Bushnell last night.

The trial of P. J. McLaughlin, 'carbarn' defendant who was convicted of second degree murder yesterday after 17 hours of deliberation by the jury, has held up the Harvard cases. A few days before the 'riot' trial is called, the men who have offered their testimony for the defense, will be notified by mail from the Dean's office of a meeting, for witnesses, at which a schedule will be arranged. Each man will have a fixed time to appear in Court.
