FRESHMEN TO BE ADDRESSED ON CONCENTRATION CHOICE

The class of 1930 will receive official advice in the choice of their field of concentration when a meeting of the Freshman Class in the New Lecture Hall at 9 o'clock this morning will be addressed by President Lowell, Professor A. A. Young, and Delmar Leighton '15, Secretary of the Committee on Choice of Electives.

The entire class is expected to attend this meeting and all absences from regular classes will be excused. These talks are part of a program planned to bring the Freshman carefully to consider and wisely to choose his field of concentration.

A pamphlet printed by the CRIMSON and the Committee on Choice of Electives and containing articles on the various fields of concentration has been sent to all the members of the class.

In the meeting this morning, President Lowell will speak first and Professor Young will follow with an explanation of the tutorial system. Mr. Leighton will then outline the steps members of the class will take it choosing their field of concentration.
