GRATWICK DECLINES BUELL'S BERTH AS GRIDIRON MENTOR

University History Instructor Will Not Go to Milton

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Although rumors have been current that Mitchell Gratwick '22, former Harvard athlete and at present instructor in History at the University, is going to take the place of C.C. Buell '23 as football coach at Milton Academy, there is absolutely no foundation for such a supposition, according to Gratwick himself.

Buell, who has successfully coached the Milton Academy team during the past two years, is returning to Harvard next year to assist in coaching the 1927 eleven. It has been reported in Boston papers that Gratwick, who played on the same team with Buell in 1921, was to fill the vacancy caused by the latter's absence.

"Absolutely no truth to this rumor," declared Gratwick. "I intend to remain here through next year, when I expect to take my degree."
