Fencers Beat Syracuse

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In their fifth match of the season yesterday the University Fencing team vanquished Syracuse 11 to 2. The feature of the tourney was the brilliant foils work of C.B.H. Hollister '29, an unexperiencer Sophomore who vanguished Plank.

This afternoon at 3 o'clock the Harvard foilsmen meet a strong team from the J. Sanford Saltus Club in New York.

The Freshman swordsmen will class with Andover at the same time. B.K. Leonard '30, D.I. Modell '30, and Camillns Angel '30 are the probable starters.
