A competition for the business department of the Harvard Crimson, open to both Sophomores and Freshmen will begin on Thursday, March 31, it was announced last night by the business manager. There are still at least three vacancies on the Business Board open to members of the class of 1929. The competition will last approximately eight weeks.

Under the new system of organization four assistant business managers will be chosen from each class, one of whom will become business manager in his Senior year.

No Sophomore who enters the competition beginning next week will be at any disadvantage when the assistant business managers are appointed in June. There are as yet no members of the class of 1930 on the Board.
