BEETHOVEN MANUSCRIPTS IN TREASURE ROOM CASES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Several of Beethoven's works are one exhibition this week in the Widener Treasure room, as a part of the Beethoven centenary celebration now being held in Boston. An autographer, manuscript score of his song "An die Hofnung" from "Vrana", is an extremely fine example of his composing.

In addition to several music scores, there are on display two manuscript letters of Beethoven, and several historical documents. These are part of the beguest to the library of the late Amy Lowell.
