PLATT LEAVES HOSPITAL TO RESUME COLLEGE WORK

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Geoffrey Platt '27, captain of the University crew this year, has just been discharged from the Massachusetts General Hospital where he has been undergoing treatments for sinus trouble. His condition is rapidly improving and although it is not probable that he will attend classes during the first part of this week it is expected that he will resume his college work partially at least before the week is over.

In spite of the fact that no operation has been necessary, Platt has been taking treatments for several weeks and is not in condition to assume immediately his position as captain of the first University eight. It is probable that Coach Brown will have him work on the tank or the machines beginning some time next week and that he will not go on the water until at least the latter part of next week.
