CAMBRIDGE MERCHANTS TO DINE FOREIGN STUDENTS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

That the Kendall Square Manufacturer's Association will banquet Senior and Graduate foreign students of Harvard and M. I. T. next Wednesday was announced yesterday by M. A. Cheek '26, assistant Graduate Secretary of the Phillips Brooks House.

It is the purpose of this dinner to foster better relations among foreign students and to help acquaint them with American business life.

Merchants of Harvard, Central, and Kendall squares, members of the Kendall Square Manufacturer's Association, will each sponsor one table, at which foreign students from many countries will mingle.

The Boston Chamber of Commerce gave a similar dinner to all foreign students several years ago, but never repeated it. The dinner this year is given with the hope that it may become an annual affair.
