The following letter was mailed last night to L. F. Daley'27, President of the Student Council, from Stoughton Bell '96, who is the lawyer representing all the defendants in the trial on Friday morning:
"Dear Sir,
"In view of the fact that the court room, in which the trials of the boys who were arrested Friday night will be held, is very small, may I urge you to ask all undergraduates who are not notified to be there to stay away from the Court House!
"With the large number of witnesses and defendants, I am sure there will be no opportunity for any others to get anywhere near the court room. "Stoughton Bell."
