December Law Review Appears

Articles by three leaders of the legal profession feature the December issue of the Law Review, which has just been published.

"Mr. Justice Holmes and the Constitution" is a review and critique by Felix Frankfurter '06, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, of the Cases and decisions of the United States Supreme Court during the twenty-five years on the bench of Oliver Wendell Holmes '61.

Roscoe Pound, Dean of the Law School has written for the Law Review a consideration of "The Progress of the Law--Analytical Jurisprudence."
