"Mr. Justice Holmes and the Constitution" is a review and critique by Felix Frankfurter '06, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, of the Cases and decisions of the United States Supreme Court during the twenty-five years on the bench of Oliver Wendell Holmes '61.
