NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The question to occupy the attention of the debaters two of whom will be members of the University and one probably a faculty member, will be: "Resolved, That the Western Powers should recognize the Nanking Nationalist Government as a first step toward surrendering political control over the Chinese tariff and foreign policy and gradually abandoning the extraterritorial features of the concessions."

Dr. Alfred S. Sze, Chinese Ambassador to the United States, has been invited to attend the debate, and an invitation will probably be extended to the Chinese Counsul-General in New York.
