A scoreless tie resulted from the Senior-Sophomore final class football game yesterday afternoon, when the greatly improved Sophomore team kept the ball in the Senior territory most of the first half, and met the championship Seniors on equal terms during the entire game.
Captain F. F. Hart '30, and C. W. Remick Jr. '30, played hard running games in the Sophomore backfield, and the kicking and line-plunging of C. E. Dunlap '30 at full back was also consistently good. In the first half the Seniors could not drive the Sophomores out of their territory, but the second-year team lacked scoring power.
In the second half the ball was carried up and down the field by both teams without ability to crash through for a score. Chandler Robbins '28 played a good game at center for the Seniors
