FRESHMEN MUST SIGN FOR WINTER SPORTS BY SATURDAY

Before Saturday at 5 o'clock all Freshmen whose fall sport has been crew, cross-country, or football, must sign up for a winter sport at Wadsworth House, and report Monday to their new athletic instructors.

Since the Yale cross-country race the Freshman harriers have been allowed a two week rest, while football and crew men have been allowed one week before signing for winter sports.

Boxing, wrestling, handball and formal gymnastics may be elected by Freshmen at Hemenway Gymnasium, while squash is a possible choice at the Freshman Athletic Building. Basket ball will not start for Freshmen until November 28, while winter rowing in Newell Boathouse will start Monday, Winter track is under way, and may be elected by Freshmen.
