The first of a series of special lectures on "City Planning" will be given in Robinson Hall, Monday at 4 o'clock by Morris Knowles, a consulting engineer from Pittsburgh. His lecture, which will cover Regional Planning of Public Utilities, will be delivered before the Graduate School of Landscape Architecture, and will be open to all members of the University.
