Automobile traffic in the vicinity of the Stadium tomorrow before and after the Dartmouth game is to be regulated by arrangement with the Police Departments of Boston and Cambridge and the Metropolitan District Commission, and will be handled as follows:
After 1 o'clock, when the Stadium gates will be opened, Harvard Square from Quincy Street to Brattle Street, and Boylston Street, Cambridge, the Anderson Bridge, and North Harvard Street, Brighton, as far as Western Avenue, will be entirely closed to automobiles until the end of the game.
This year no tickets will be sold for public parking within Soldiers Field. The H. A. A. has developed instead a playing field behind the Business School, bounded by North Harvard Street and Western Avenue, with a capacity of 2000 cars, which will be open for general parking on the days of football games. The only entrance for parking will be on Western Avenue, and the most direct route to the field from Kenmore Square, is as follows:
Commonwealth Avenue to Brighton Avenue to Harvard Avenue, Bear right on Harvard Avenue to Cambridge Street. Bear right on Cambridge Street across railroad bridge to North Harvard Street. Straight through North Harvard Street to Western Avenue. Turn right on Western Avenue one quarter mile to H. A. A. parking space.
