QUINTET LOSES GREEN, STAR CENTER, AS M.I.T. GAME NEARS

Hard luck continues to dog the trail of the University basketball team, it being announced today that M.M. Green '28, regular center on the quintet, would be laid up for three weeks due to a badly sprained ankle received during the vacation. The team has already been hard hit by ineligibility and Green's injury necessitates entirely reforming the first team.

The center's berth will probably be filled by J.N. Barbee '28, with W.A. Coombs' 27 coming up to fill Barbee's position at guard.

An alternate line-up would place J.H. Lane '27 at center
