The Senior Album Committee has sent out envelopes to all men whose names appear in the 1927 Red Book, men since affiliated with the class, and also some men of the class of 1926, it was announced yesterday by E.F. Gamache '27, Chairman of the Committee.
To all men whoe class is doubtful "choice" cards have been sent. These men are expected to decide with which class they wish to be affiliated and notify the Committee by filling out the "choice" card. This is the only innovation in this year's Album Committee rules.
Gamache announced the organization of the Committee as follows: Isadore Zarakov '27, class history editor, H.R. Wood '27, business manager, E.H. Bailey '27, life blank editor, L.H. Gordon '27, photographic editor.
The Committee has sent out about 850 envelopes, each envelope containing a life blank; a circular letter of instruction, a subscription card, and a return envelope. Men graduating at midyears are specially urged to return their life blanks at once. Those men who are engaged or expect to engage in winter or spring activities should not hesitate to fill out their life blanks immediately, as their future activities will be added by the Committee.
The time allowed for having pictures taken will, as usual, consist of one month, and is ten days earlier than last year. February 1 will be the last day on which pictures may be taken. One dollar must be paid Notman at the time the picture is taken.
Office hours will be held permanently by the Committee in the Union.
The price of the Album, as before, will be $9 until March 1, but will jump to $10. Partial remittance may be made at the time of subscription, but the balance is due before April 1.
The Album is to be a 225-page volume dealing with the four college years of the graduating class. It will include many articles and more than a thousand photographs covering all phases of college activity.
